Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All Custom 3D Printed orders are not available to be returned as they are custom made per order. If you are unhappy with your custom order, please send us an email at orders@jakeyboyproductions.com and we will aim to get back to you within 2 working days.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before the order has started being processed. Once the order has started being processed, the print has begun and therefore can no longer be cancelled and you can no longer get a refund and cancel.
